QuickQuote.ai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps service contractors generate professional quotes and proposals using artificial intelligence. Our Services include:

• AI-powered quote and proposal generation
• PDF export and download functionality
• Quote template saving and management
• Email delivery of quotes to clients

Important: QuickQuote.ai is a software tool only. We do not perform contracting services, connect customers with contractors, or serve as a marketplace. You are solely responsible for the services you provide to your clients.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use QuickQuote.ai, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be capable of entering into a binding legal agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 lifetime quotes with watermark on PDFs
• Starter ($9/month): Unlimited quotes, no watermark, 5 saved templates
• Pro ($19/month): Unlimited quotes, unlimited templates, priority features

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal in your Account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to features until the end of your paid period

3.4 Fair Use Policy

"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use. Excessive automated usage, abuse, or activity that degrades service for other users may result in rate limiting or account suspension.

4. AI-Generated Content

4.1 Nature of AI Output

QuickQuote.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate quote proposals, pricing suggestions, and professional messaging. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only
• All output requires your review, verification, and approval before use
• AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or legality of AI-generated content

4.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing all quotes before sending to clients
• Verifying pricing accuracy and feasibility
• Ensuring compliance with local laws, licensing requirements, and industry standards
• The accuracy of any information you input into the system
• All commitments, contracts, and agreements you make with your clients

4.3 No Professional Advice

AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Services excessively
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
• Upload malicious code or content
• Interfere with the operation of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

QuickQuote.ai, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you input (business details, job descriptions, etc.). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Services.

6.3 Generated Quotes

Quotes generated through QuickQuote.ai are yours to use for your business purposes. You may modify, send, and use these quotes freely with your clients.

7. Data and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• QuickQuote.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickQuote.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Disputes between you and your clients
• Content you submit or quotes you send using the Services

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your payment method fails repeatedly
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that your use harms other users or the Services

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support to attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
